How do I request the current timber price?
Choose a product and send its dimensions, quantity, grade requirements and delivery location. Rates are quoted for your confirmed specification; no live prices are displayed.
Are all catalogue products in stock?
No stock availability is implied. The catalogue is an enquiry guide. Species, grade, origin, quantity and lead time must be confirmed before ordering.
How is rectangular timber CFT calculated?
When all dimensions are in inches: length × width × thickness × pieces ÷ 1,728. The calculator also converts millimetres and feet. It adds no wastage allowance.
Can I request cutting and planing?
Yes, include the required processing in your enquiry. State whether dimensions are raw or finished. Processing arrangements and any allowances must be confirmed.
Is delivery included?
Delivery coverage, timing, transport charges and unloading responsibility are confirmed for each quotation.
Are online requests binding orders?
No. A website enquiry is a request for discussion. Written quotation, payment, preparation and delivery terms must be agreed separately.
Can I send drawings or a BOQ?
Yes. Prepare your enquiry, then attach the documents directly in your WhatsApp conversation. This website does not accept file uploads.
Does supplier registration mean approval?
No. Introductions are reviewed privately; documentation and commercial checks take place separately.
